I have been coming to Alma Smiles for several years now and despite my dislike of visits to the dentist chair, I keep returning! Dr Pedro is warm hearted and listens respectfully to patient fears and concerns. I recently had some treatment and was very well cared for by the dentist, his assistant Anita, and the reception staff. I would recommend Alma Smiles, especially if you are an anxious patient.

I received an Invisalign treatment with Alma Smiles. Dr Pedro and his team were excellent . Most appreciated throughout were Joe and Johanna on the front desk who were always responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend the team.

I am very pleased with my experience at Alma Smiles!! Pedro is always very professional and I am always happy with the results of the dental care - I can't recommend him more as he is the best dentist that I have ever met! This clinic offers a great experience! The receptionist Joe makes you feel very welcome, and Dr Pedro Arteche & nurse Anita are very caring and give thorough explanations on how to care for your teeth whilst also fixing them for you too. I would highly recommend Alma Smiles for your dental care!

Had very successful Invisalign treatment, and fillings, Dr explained everything very well and clear and the options available. He's a perfectionist, so his work is flawless, making sure everything is properly done. He even fixed the bad job of previous dentist. And his anesthesia injections are totally painless! . Receptionist are also really professional and friendly.

My recent experience at Alma Smiles was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, Joe at reception made me feel very welcome. Dr. Carlos took the time to explain everything in detail, which was really reassuring. I had some jaw pain start in the middle of my appointment, and both Carlos and nurse Jessica were incredibly accommodating and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent care!

I loved the experience of this clinic. I think it is very pleasant because of the people who work there, and the experience is even more pleasant if the staff is very friendly and always welcomes you with a smile (that is where the name of the clinic comes from in part if you think about it, giving more meaning to its name, right?). To the point, I am very grateful for the work of Dr. Pedro, Jessie, and reception, Joe and Johanna. I highly recommend this place for the community and tranquility of the place.

I would only have positive things to say about Alma Smiles. Having undergone what was initially some rather daunting root canal treatment, I can only give glowing reviews. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and most importantly, clearly master of their craft. The treatment was smooth, professional and (thankfully) more or less pain-free. Thank you very much to Dr. Cristina (unsure of spelling) and her assistant for all their help. It can be difficult to find a dentist you really trust, but this is one of them for me.

Dr Pedro was a consummate professional, proposing a treatment plan that was more affordable than the Invisalign I was initially pursuing. All check-ups were efficient and quick, also thanks to nurse Alex.The receptionists, Joe and Johanna were always extremely friendly and welcoming, and diligent in managing all appointments.The end result was better than I could've hoped for, five star service all around!

Since Alma smiles took over from Janet with the new brand new team the level of service and attention to detail has gone from Great to absolutely amazing! They are extra attentive and welcoming particularly to our three children always available with appointments always flexible, extremely professional and caring. It is not easy to find a dental practice that welcome children and look after them so well.

I was advised by my previous dentist to look for another NHS dentist to replace a bridge. Well that was the best advice she ever gave me. I found Alma Smiles who advised me not to replace my bridge as it is fine. I also had a one tooth missing and had a very badly fitted denture. Adam and Jessie replaced the denture today with a permanent tooth yah!! Extremely honest and professional practice and I definitely won’t be going back to my old one. I highly recommend Alma Smiles. I have been a patient with Dr Pedro for just over 6 years now. Previous to that I had suffered with my teeth for many years, mainly due to taking medication since I was young. Before I started going to Pedro I had seen many dentist and had a lot of patch work on my teeth with some of the fillings etc not lasting, I also had a lot of recurring infections . Over the last 6 years the health of my teeth have improved dramatically. On a personal note I find Pedro very kind and caring, he always explains things in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. His team are equally as friendly and efficient and I always look forward to seeing Johanna who manages the reception, she is always so welcoming which helps put me at ease.

Lovely people and the staff have helped me tremendously. Any question I have is always answered with great detail, and they're calming and reassuring when I'm nervous about injections. They are also clear in which course of action is best, explaining all options with the pros and cons, which is very appreciated.

Incredible! The best dentist i’ve been to. The staff are so friendly, the manager was so welcoming and really reassured me when I kept asking so many questions in regards to my dental issues. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist. Honestly what a great team and its great to find a dentist that actually cares about their patients.
