Monika qualified as a Dental Hygienist in Poland in 2019 and has been dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles ever since. She began her career at one of Wrocław’s leading dental and implantology clinics, where she worked closely with implantologists, oral surgeons, orthodontists, periodontists, and general dentists, gaining extensive experience in preventive and periodontal care.

Passionate about prevention, Monika believes that good oral health starts with education. She enjoys empowering patients with the knowledge and confidence to maintain healthy teeth and gums, helping to prevent gum disease and tooth decay through personalised advice and high-quality hygiene treatment.

Committed to lifelong learning, Monika regularly attends professional courses and conferences in the UK and abroad to keep her knowledge and clinical skills up to date. She has completed additional training in periodontal disease management, plaque control, local anaesthesia, and caring for anxious patients.

Known for her gentle, caring approach, Monika is valued by both patients and colleagues for her professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills. She takes pride in creating a relaxed and welcoming environment, ensuring every patient feels comfortable, respected, and well cared for throughout their visit.

Monika holds a Master’s degree in German Philology from the University of Wrocław and is fluent in English, Polish, and German, enabling her to communicate effectively with patients from a variety of backgrounds.

Outside the clinic, Monika enjoys travelling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. She also has a keen interest in German history and culture and loves reading and watching historical films.
