I had a whitening and filling treatment with Dr Nila and Jessie, and it was a really great experience. I’ve never had the best relationship with dentistry, but they took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. They really made my experience at Alma Smiles pleasant and reassuring.A big thank you as well to Joe and Ehan Lee for their help, kindness, and positive energy. Everyone made me feel very welcome, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism I received. I would definitely recommend Alma Smiles!

Attend this clinic regularly and just completed having a tooth implant. It is not cheap but the dentist is very good. Kind, gentle and encouraging. The treatment was completely painless and trouble-free. The dental nurse was also very helpful and the receptionists are very kind and accommodating. I lost the slip of paper with their names but am grateful to them all. I don't live locally to this practice but they are so good I am more than happy to continue my dental care with them. I would definitely recommend this practice and especially if you are nervous.

Came off my bike a few weeks ago on the black ice. Lost 3 upper front teeth and looked scary. When Dr Joselin saw me in reception she took me in without an appointment to scan my teeth. Temp teeth arrived in 3 days!!!! So at least i vould smile again. Root canals followed and today i was crowned. I didn't think they could do anything with my stumps but i have beautiful teeth again. She is an artist! They all have been so kind to me. Dr Joselin, Ania, the root canal lady....and Joe. Amazing. And on Fulham Palace Road. And treatment was never painful. Thank you so much

Truly excellent. The team (Ania, Anita and Joe) really helpful and accommodated an emergency appointment at short notice. Newly refurbish practise with all-new equipment and spotlessly clean. Dr Pedro was particularly knowledgeable and informative carrying out intricate work to a failed implant abutment (implanted by others three years ago); this type of failure is very rare so it took a lot of tenacity and patience. Really impressed, thank you.

I honestly cannot fault Alma Smiles. My root canal surgery with Nancy, Anita, and Jessie, along with my regular appointments with Adam, has been nothing short of outstanding. And of course, Joe on reception is always welcoming, helpful, and wonderfully accommodating, he makes every visit start on a positive note. The entire team has been kind, supportive, and exceptionally skilled. The quality of treatment I’ve received has truly exceeded my expectations. Their communication is excellent, and I always leave the clinic pain-free, reassured, and happy.Thank you to everyone at Alma Smiles, I can’t recommend your service highly enough.

Best dentist in London! Joe, Dr Adam, Dr Ade, Anita and Jess all took wonderful care of me over a checkup and a hygienist appointment. Can’t recommend them enough — so pleased to have found such a friendly practice taking NHS customers

Excellent care! Joe kindly answered my call asking for an emergency appointment on the day to fix a broken frontal tooth filling. I was really worried but Dr Pedro Arteche did a wonderful job replacing a huge gap on my incisor. He is not just a great medical professional, he is an artist! I am delighted with the result. The nurse and everyone else were just brilliant. Many thanks. My son and I have been in this surgery for many years. They looked after my son’s difficult wisdom teeth as well. They do both NHS and private work. I am so grateful!

Alma Smiles is a great dental clinic. I had a very positive experience with Joceline, both as a dentist and a hygienist . She is professional, kind and keen on discussing any questions you may have. Also, my daughter finished her braces treatment with Pedro some time ago and is very happy with the results. Thank you to the whole team.

I have nothing but good things to say about Alma Smiles, I have been attending there for around 4 years. The upgrade to the clinic is wonderful and the team are very friendly and helpful. Dr Adam has been my dentist for the last couple of years and I have to say I trust him implicitly (which I never thought I would do with a dentist in London). He gives great honest advice and nothing is ever too much. He even came in on his day off to fit my crown because there had been a long delay at the lab and he didn't want me to wait any longer.Joe on the front desk is always helpful and friendly and all of the hygienists and dental nurses have always been very professional and friendly.I find their pricing very reasonable too compared to some other dentists in my neighbourhood.Highly recommend!

An absolutely incredible dental experience from start to finish! Dr Adam and Jessie are truly exceptional at what they do, they really are the dream team!! They’re professional, gentle, and so genuinely caring. From the moment I sat in the chair, I felt completely at ease.Dr Adam takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and level of skill are outstanding — you can really tell he takes pride in his work. Jessie is equally amazing: calm, kind, and always one step ahead, making the whole experience smooth and reassuring. The practice itself is immaculate and modern, creating a really relaxed atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. I left feeling confident, well-cared-for, and genuinely impressed by how much effort they put into every part of the experience.I couldn’t recommend Dr Adam and Jessie highly enough — they’re an incredible team who make visiting the dentist something to look forward to!

I had a great experience at Alma Smiles. Magda was my hygienist and she was absolutely lovely – really professional, gentle and put me at ease straight away. I actually had put the appointment in my calendar on the wrong day by mistake, but she kindly managed to fit me in so I didn’t lose my deposit, which I really appreciated. Fantastic service all round – highly recommend!

A great dental practice!Had two of my four tooth extractions with Dr Blanca & Anita yesterday. I was incredibly nervous going in, but these superstars were very kind and understanding throughout the whole process.I was given as many breaks as I felt I needed, constantly asked how I'm feeling & once the process was done, they were very caring to make sure I was feeling alright. I can't stress enough how much the professionalism of this practice played into how pleasant my experience has been (... as pleasant as a tooth extraction can be). From the first interactions at reception to leaving, this was one of the best experiences I've had from a dental practice. The clinic was reccomended to me by my dentist, and although it's a little way for me to get there, it's worth it.

I got this recommended by NHS as my closest. Not ideal, waiting a week for emergency appointment - but it’s not their fault how public health services access works in UK. Hence I’ve never had a dentist here, just flew abroad. However, once you’re in - prepare to be amazed. They’re kind, they listen, the clinic is new and excellently equipped. The responses and care, from Joe on the reception who couldn’t be more understanding and compassionate, to Annie, Dr Blanca who did a difficult procedure… all outstanding!I’m one of those weird people who was never scared of dentists and like going, just during Covid I got very ill and neglected my dental health.I’m so relieved and happy I have now found the place I will happily resume my regular maintenance 😁

I have been coming to Alma Smiles for several years now and despite my dislike of visits to the dentist chair, I keep returning! Dr Pedro is warm hearted and listens respectfully to patient fears and concerns. I recently had some treatment and was very well cared for by the dentist, his assistant Anita, and the reception staff. I would recommend Alma Smiles, especially if you are an anxious patient.

I loved the experience of this clinic. I think it is very pleasant because of the people who work there, and the experience is even more pleasant if the staff is very friendly and always welcomes you with a smile (that is where the name of the clinic comes from in part if you think about it, giving more meaning to its name, right?). To the point, I am very grateful for the work of Dr. Pedro, Jessie, and reception, Joe and Johanna. I highly recommend this place for the community and tranquility of the place.

I would only have positive things to say about Alma Smiles. Having undergone what was initially some rather daunting root canal treatment, I can only give glowing reviews. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and most importantly, clearly master of their craft. The treatment was smooth, professional and (thankfully) more or less pain-free. Thank you very much to Dr. Cristina (unsure of spelling) and her assistant for all their help. It can be difficult to find a dentist you really trust, but this is one of them for me.

I was advised by my previous dentist to look for another NHS dentist to replace a bridge. Well that was the best advice she ever gave me. I found Alma Smiles who advised me not to replace my bridge as it is fine. I also had a one tooth missing and had a very badly fitted denture. Adam and Jessie replaced the denture today with a permanent tooth yah!! Extremely honest and professional practice and I definitely won’t be going back to my old one. I highly recommend Alma Smiles. Thank you X

I have been a patient with Dr Pedro for just over 6 years now. Previous to that I had suffered with my teeth for many years, mainly due to taking medication since I was young. Before I started going to Pedro I had seen many dentist and had a lot of patch work on my teeth with some of the fillings etc not lasting, I also had a lot of recurring infections . Over the last 6 years the health of my teeth have improved dramatically. On a personal note I find Pedro very kind and caring, he always explains things in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. His team are equally as friendly and efficient and I always look forward to seeing Johanna who manages the reception, she is always so welcoming which helps put me at ease.
