Excellent care! Joe kindly answered my call asking for an emergency appointment on the day to fix a broken frontal tooth filling. I was really worried but Dr Pedro Arteche did a wonderful job replacing a huge gap on my incisor. He is not just a great medical professional, he is an artist! I am delighted with the result. I have nothing but good things to say about Alma Smiles, I have been attending there for around 4 years. The upgrade to the clinic is wonderful and the team are very friendly and helpful. Dr Adam has been my dentist for the last couple of years and I have to say I trust him implicitly (which I never thought I would do with a dentist in London). He gives great honest advice and nothing is ever too much. He even came in on his day off to fit my crown because there had been a long delay at the lab and he didn't want me to wait any longer.Joe on the front desk is always helpful and friendly and all of the hygienists and dental nurses have always been very professional and friendly.I find their pricing very reasonable too compared to some other dentists in my neighbourhood.Highly recommend!

A great dental practice!Had two of my four tooth extractions with Dr Blanca & Anita yesterday. I was incredibly nervous going in, but these superstars were very kind and understanding throughout the whole process.I was given as many breaks as I felt I needed, constantly asked how I'm feeling & once the process was done, they were very caring to make sure I was feeling alright. I can't stress enough how much the professionalism of this practice played into how pleasant my experience has been (... as pleasant as a tooth extraction can be).From the first interactions at reception to leaving, this was one of the best experiences I've had from a dental practice. The clinic was reccomended to me by my dentist, and although it's a little way for me to get there, it's worth it.

I got this recommended by NHS as my closest. Not ideal, waiting a week for emergency appointment - but it’s not their fault how public health services access works in UK. Hence I’ve never had a dentist here, just flew abroad.However, once you’re in - prepare to be amazed. They’re kind, they listen, the clinic is new and excellently equipped. The responses and care, from Joe on the reception who couldn’t be more understanding and compassionate, to Annie, Dr Blanca who did a difficult procedure… all outstanding!I’m one of those weird people who was never scared of dentists and like going, just during Covid I got very ill and neglected my dental health.I’m so relieved and happy I have now found the place I will happily resume my regular maintenance 😁

Dr Pedro is warm hearted and listens respectfully to patient fears and concerns. Had very successful Invisalign treatment, and fillings, Dr explained everything very well and clear and the options available. He's a perfectionist, so his work is flawless, making sure everything is properly done. He even fixed the bad job of previous dentist. And his anesthesia injections are totally painless! . I would only have positive things to say about Alma Smiles. Having undergone what was initially some rather daunting root canal treatment, I can only give glowing reviews. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and most importantly, clearly master of their craft. The treatment was smooth, professional and (thankfully) more or less pain-free. Thank you very much to Dr. Cristina (unsure of spelling) and her assistant for all their help. It can be difficult to find a dentist you really trust, but this is one of them for me.

I was advised by my previous dentist to look for another NHS dentist to replace a bridge. Well that was the best advice she ever gave me. I found Alma Smiles who advised me not to replace my bridge as it is fine. I also had a one tooth missing and had a very badly fitted denture. Adam and Jessie replaced the denture today with a permanent tooth yah!! Extremely honest and professional practice and I definitely won’t be going back to my old one. I highly recommend Alma Smiles. I have been a patient with Dr Pedro for just over 6 years now. Previous to that I had suffered with my teeth for many years, mainly due to taking medication since I was young. Before I started going to Pedro I had seen many dentist and had a lot of patch work on my teeth with some of the fillings etc not lasting, I also had a lot of recurring infections . Over the last 6 years the health of my teeth have improved dramatically. On a personal note I find Pedro very kind and caring, he always explains things in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. His team are equally as friendly and efficient and I always look forward to seeing Johanna who manages the reception, she is always so welcoming which helps put me at ease.
